Often overlooked as a garden nuisance, the common stinging nettle is one of the most versatile, nutritious, and sustainable wild ingredients in the UK. Packed with flavour and goodness, nettles have been used for centuries in food, medicine, and even textiles.

This is event is offered as part of a spotlight series on individual ingredients from wild garlic to dandelions, nuts to berries. Join us for a cup of wild tea or a glass of wine, while we explore the ingredient of the evening through a series of live demonstrations, tastings, and lively discussion (1.5 hour session).
