Ground Up Cookery School Spotlight On…Wild Seeds

The UK’s hedgerows and woodland floors are full of hidden culinary treasures—if you know where to look. From the nutty flavours of dock seed, to the medicinal nettle seed, this workshop will open your eyes (and taste buds) to a whole new world of wild ingredients.

This is event is offered as part of a spotlight series on individual ingredients from wild garlic to dandelions, nuts to berries. Join us for a cup of wild tea or a glass of wine, while we explore the ingredient of the evening through a series of live demonstrations, tastings, and lively discussion (1.5 hour session).
