Explore the rich and rugged coastline of South Devon through a full-day experience that blends coastal foraging with hands-on cookery. From seaweed and shoreline greens to maritime herbs and possibly molluscs and shellfish. You will uncover the edible treasures of the sea—and learn how to turn them into something delicious. You will experience new flavours and learn the key principles of safe foraging, before cooking up a storm. Our recipes are all practical recipes that you can replicate at home to create delicious meals for your family. We will end the day sharing a meal and a glass of wine with new friends.
